my name is grace murphy and I am a contemporary abstract artist focusing on expressionist style painting. I specialize in rhythmic pieces that speak to one's inner movement. my artistic process is all about intuition and embodied feeling, and I seek to create works with the ability to transfer such feelings to the viewer.

I am originally from Richmond, Virginia, and am currently splitting my time between Richmond and Montreal, Canada. I recently graduated from McGill University with a degree in anthropology.
